                          It is very important for men to maintain a healthy diet by eating the right food  coupled with regular exercise. Eating the right way will come very handy in  the future. Your diet should consist of fresh fruits and vegetables and you can  eat products which are high on fiber. This will reduce your fat and your  cholesterol levels.
                                    If you have a habit of smoking and drinking, then try  to limit it and gradually and after a period of time, stop it totally. Alcohol  consumption and smoking can affect your health to a great extent and will result  in various disorders. Today, men don’t care of their health at all and they are  affected by various lifestyle disorders like obesity, diabetes, erectile  dysfunction and so on. They are also prone to various prostate related problems  and this affects their sexual life as well. Therefore, timely awareness and  urgent treatment is very vital.
