Too Busy To Dine?

Our busy life has snatched away the basic pleasures or rather the core necessities of our Life. An old saying props into my mind that says “We always strive hard for the better tomorrow. However when tomorrow comes, we again work instead of enjoying the present”.  This is the situation that we all intentionally or unintentionally welcomed.

The purpose and the reason for all the work we do are to satiate our hunger.  Howe ever if we do not take time to have a basic meal, then it’s not worth it.  Is it comfort or competition? Whatever we would name, it is just means that we don't come in the category of Healthy Living and we are not living life to the fullest.

The most common form of an eating habit that we would have noticed recently is that people eating while traveling   or attending calls.  Gratifying our materialistic needs, we do not even avail ourselves the time to eat without working.  The hush- hush life makes it impossible for ourselves to have both the hands on the food.  One hand on the mouse and the other on the bread roll is what the new working culture has gifted us with.

However this era of itinerant eating is not worth encouraging.   The adverse effect that it can have on our body and brain is brutal. Researchers have in fact quoted that one should not even watch the idiot box during the intake of our food. This can affect ion digestion and the absorption of nutrients.

So take your time and dine!....
